Jipping, Regnier and MacKenzie named All MAC

It’s been a great year for the Central Michigan baseball team and on Tuesday several of our alumni were honored with All MAC selections. Senior Pat MacKenzie and freshman Daniel Jipping were named to the first team while junior Logan Regnier earned a spot on the second team. All three made great contributions to the Chippewas all year as MacKenzie led the team in average & on base, Regnier in RBI & slugging and Jipping led the way with 6 home runs.

Other Bulls alumni that had monster years, but missed out on the accolades include Nick Regnier and Alex Borglin who were both in the top 5 in nearly every team offensive category. Central begins the MAC tournament this week as the #1 seed and look forward to a potential run in the NCAA tournament. Fire Up Chips!
