Michigan Bulls is a select baseball organization founded by Frank Gallagher in 1995. The program provides an opportunity for players from many communities to improve their baseball abilities as well as learn valuable life lessons about teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, perseverance, and other skills that they will draw upon for years to come. The Frank Gallagher Scholarship will help one or more graduating seniors with tuition costs who display high character on and off the field.
